- Information you send us. Your name, email address, company, phone number and project details when you use the project brief form, email us or call us.
- Client project information. Contact details of the people we work with, billing details, and the content, accounts and data you share so we can deliver your project.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of the request) to keep the website secure and working.
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other websites.

- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal.
- To plan, build, deliver and support the work you ask us to do.
- To invoice, keep accounting records and meet our legal obligations.
- To keep this website and our systems secure.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.

Our team and some of our service providers are located in Africa, the United States and Europe. Your data may be accessed from those countries. When it is, we take reasonable steps to keep it protected to the standard described in this policy.

We keep personal data only as long as we need it. Enquiries that do not become a project are deleted once the conversation has ended. Project and billing records are kept for as long as accounting and tax laws require.

You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for a particular purpose. Depending on where you live, data protection laws may give you further rights, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
